They say that it is all in how you respond to the world around you.
They say you can shape your very reality by conditioning your responses to the world around you.
I say to try spending one day chuckling when something bothers or stresses you. You will be amazed at how good you feel at the end of that day.
So, go ahead and try it. Just one day. What have you got to lose?
And then, if you like it, spend another.
If you spend enough days doing it, it may even become a new lifestyle.
