I Remember - Summer Nights on the Farm

Warm balmy June nights just after the sun went down were spent in the 3-acre front yard of the farmhouse.


There was a full-sized collie to play fetch with and a patch of possies to make a ring around and dance in a circle. Two tire swings hung from the big oak tree in the middle of the yard, and there was plenty of space for rumble tumbling.



The fireflies and kids danced together in the yard to make a circus of summer fun.
